    Confirmation Class Completed

Confirmation Class Jill and I led the confirmation class at the Mission House each Sunday during the Sunday School hour.  Here's our class on the last Sunday: Calvin, Marvin, Jeff, Brittnie, Precious and Jill.

And here's a wacky version of the same class! Wacky Confirmation Class

Brittnie begins her t-shirt We had a party to celebrate completion of the class. I ordered t-shirts and Jill gathered up some unused VBS supplies so we could make commemorative shirts. Brittnie's got a good start on hers.

We invited the team down too since they were doing work with our youth. Confirmand Precious is at the left; Lillian, Rosita and Maritsa all work away on their shirts. Precious and the team ladies

Jlil and Marvin, hard at work At the other table Jill works on her t-shirt and Marvin on his.

Marvin displays his finished masterpiece. (You see the name Seth on the shirt; that's Marvin's first name.) Marvin displays the finished product

Brittnie's creation A simulated wearing of Brittnie's fine work.

The team taught the confirmation class the game of elefante (that's Spanish for elephant). Angel (the team member in the center) points to someone and says "elefante." That person makes the elephant's trunk and the people on each side must make an ear. If you mess up, you're out and the game continues. A game of Elefante

The Rev makes the trunk Here I make the trunk of the elefante.

Andres is an ear, Marvin the trunk and Lillian the other ear. A game of Elefante
