Se'lah leads VBS on Utila - Assembly, Crafts and Storytime

Se'lah is offering Vacation Bible School Monday, Wednesday and Thursday of this week, from 3:00 to 5:00.  We had a good first day turnout of 62.  (Numbers will likely increase the next two days as word gets out.)

Rousing music Kids and team members gather for spirited singing at the beginning of the first day.

The theme of VBS is "Club Can Do" as in "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." The puppet who helps out each day (upper left in photo) is named Can Do. VBS stars puppet "Can Do"

Tammy helps a child In the crafts area, team member Tammy helps a child draw a Christian symbol on a "shrinky-dink." (We later put these in an oven to shrink them; they can then be worn as a pin or jewelry.)
