This week you can read about my plumbing fiasco. (I wondered if I'd have to begin bathing in the sea!) Also Independence Day, celebrated September 15. I promised more on the Utila Methodist Community College where I teach but U.M.C.C. (along with the rest of the schools on the island) were closed Wednesday through Monday for Independence Day. So my class didn't meet on Friday.
