    Island Cafe Opens

    Utila's newest restaurant, The Island Cafe has opened next door to the Mission House.  It's actually a re-opening.  The restaurant had previously been located in the house across the street.

Here are the owner/operators, Tito and Kim Funez and Lois Dobbins. Tito and Kim live next door; Kim is also a circuit steward. Miss Lois is a church steward. The Island Cafe owner / operators

Two customers enjoy their first lunch Two customers are seated for their first lunch. The lunch menu features great sandwiches in the style of Philly Cheesesteaks on rolls that are shipped over from Roatan. We'll be back for supper sometime soon!
